Notes on the Design Thinking Process
Ideate: Develop at least 3 potential ideations for each item being Ideated. Then find at least 1 other person to ID the best ideation. Even if working in a group, ideate alone and reconvene with the group to narrow down ideas. When ideating lessons, use the workshop model chart, do not worry about detail, and focus on quantity over quality. Prototype: The best ideation will be prototyped. Groups working together will split up work to evenly distribute tasks. Test: Bring in other staff, students, etc. if possible. If not, then CTF will test the work of each other. |
Notes on Check-Ins
Beginning of the Week Check In: This Beginning of the Week Check In will happen with all CTF staff that are available. Staff will check in about life, assignements to accomplish this week, left over tasks from the previous week, other Goodwill duties individuals need to fulfill, etc. These can last at least half an hour. Mid Week Check In: Each CTF member that is present this week will check in with Cody, individually, and touch base on their tasks and determine what extra support will be needed, if any. End of Week Check In: At the end of the week all CTF staff that are availaible will check in and discuss testing prototypes, finish important tasks for the week, discuss upcoming CTF duties, etc. This gennerally will be a short check in. |
