If there is an important discussion that you start/new message you post, be sure that you notify people to look for the message. |
To-Do Lists
If you are creating a file for a task that you have been assigned, attach the file to that specific task when you have completed it. When you hover over a task, you will see a trash can, "Edit," and "Unassigned" pop up. You could click use these to access more features. Just be cautious, because the trashcan deletes the task and all things attached to it. Clicking "Edit" allows you to change the text of the task. Clicking "Unassigned" allows you to assign this task to a team member and set a due date., If you click on the text of a task, you will be brought to a new page that is specific for that task. You can add files and comments to this task from here. |
Files
You can add any file that you would like, just be sure that if this file relates to a specific task, add it to that task. |
Text Documents
Since this is at the very bottom of the page, it will likely not be seen that often, so be sure that you notify people about important text documents you add. |
